  1. DEPUTY MANAGER / SENIOR EXECUTIVE – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

    Job: The incumbent shall, primarily, be responsible for effective marketing of newly launched real estate projects of the company, both residential and commercial, with prospective tenants. He shall continuously analyse the market, negotiate real estate contracts, ensure maximum occupation of the properties and track performance of the properties to ensure that the investments accomplish the anticipated revenue. He shall also liaise with the concerned authorities for regulatory compliances and ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of the property, in co-ordination with the concerned departments.

  1. MANAGER / DY. MANAGER / SR. EXECUTIVE – CIVIL / MEP

    Job: The incumbent would be responsible for assisting the Project Managers in all areas and shall be responsible for Planning and execution of Civil / MEP projects, co-ordination with various agencies such as suppliers, contractors, Govt departments etc. and day-to-day supervision of site works. Review & monitoring the Contractor's progress, regulatory compliances and conformance to quality, cost & safety norms shall also form part of the job.

    Qualifications Engineering Degree in Civil / Mechanical or Electrical from a reputed Institution/ University OR Diploma from Govt approved Polytechnic / Institution
    Experience

    8 -12 years experience for Degree holders & 10-20 years for Diploma holders, with exposure to Civil / MEP engineering projects, in above areas. Candidates with exposure in construction of showrooms, automobile workshops, warehouses, multi-storied residential and commercial buildings, villas, townships in GCC countries and are well acquainted with all aspects of construction project will get preference.

    Job: To develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing activities to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment. Promoting sales of spare parts for Automobiles/ Heavy Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals. Liaison with overseas Principals, pricing, promotional activities will form part of responsibilities.

    Qualifications Engineering/Diploma/Graduates preferably with additional Management qualification.
    Experience

    Around 10-12 years relevant experience in spare parts sales & marketing, handling channel / after-market with a leading manufacturer / dealership in respective industry of which at least 5 years is in senior management. Good leadership, communication skills and customer orientation are essential.

    Job: To co-ordinate with overseas principals on procurement & pricing. To ensure optimal order planning and inventory control through sales analysis and estimation of demand. To look for constant improvements in systems & logistics of spare parts management, to minimize cost of operations and maximize customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications Engineering Graduates/Diploma preferably with management qualifications.
    Experience

    Around 10-12 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a senior position, in spare parts planning and inventory control in respective industry with a reputed manufacturer/dealership. Good leadership, analytical skills as also exposure to computerized information & reporting systems, is essential.

    Job: Promoting sales of automobiles spare parts in assigned territories to individuals, institutional buyers / dealer network in a highly competitive environment.     Job: To lead a team of Trainers in Technical Training Division that provides both technical and business process training. To continuously monitor skill levels of service personnel and to design & create new courses for technical and business requirements. To prepare & publish training materials.

    Qualifications BE (Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering)
    Experience

    Around 12-15 years experience in similar capacity with a reputed Automobile manufacturer / dealership. Should have excellent communication & motivation skills. Should have good administrative knowledge & exposure to dealer management systems.

    Job: To lead, motivate and guide a large team of supervisors and skilled technicians for service. To execute jobs pertaining to service, repairs and maintenance of Construction/Earthmoving/Mining Equipment like Dozers, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Motor Graders, Compactors, Hydraulic Mobile & Rough terrain Cranes, Drilling Rigs, etc.

  2. SR. EXECUTIVES / EXECUTIVES ( PLANTS)

    Job: To lead, motivate and guide a large team of supervisors and skilled technicians for service. To execute jobs pertaining to service, repairs and maintenance of stationary construction plants such as batching plant, crushing plant & hot mix plant. Candidate must have worked on Jaw crushers & vertical shaft imp actors. Additional experience on road construction equipment such as asphalt pavers, vibratory rollers, pneumatic tire rollers and concrete equipment like vibratory pokers, transit mixers, Concrete pumps etc is desirable. A good knowledge of wear parts & its various adjustments is a must.

  3. SR. MECHANICS / MECHANICS / AUTO ELECTRICIANS

    Job: To service, repair & maintenance of wide range of construction equipments such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, motor graders etc/pavers/HDD/DTH drill rig/hydraulic cranes. Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge on reading and analysing related hydraulic and electrical circuit diagram.

    Job: To service, repair & maintenance of stationary construction plants such as batching plant, crushing plant & hot mix plant etc. Must have in depth knowledge of erection/commissioning of plants, mechanical & electrical implements used on these plants.

  5. FIRE EXTINGUISHER REFILLING TECHNICIANS

    Job: To service, repair & maintenance of all types of Fire extinguishers. Candidates should possess valid certificate for the training attended in the similar fields.
