REMUNERATION

During the training period, all trainees will be given an attractive stipend of RO 350 and upon successful completion of the training programme will be absorbed as permanent employees with a salary of RO 430 and incentives as per the company structure.

Job:

To develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing activities to achieve divisional goals in a highly competitive business environment. Promoting sales of spare parts for Automobiles / Heavy Commercial Vehicles/Construction Equipment through sales counters, dealer network and institutional buyers by leading a team of sales professionals. Liaison with overseas Principals, pricing, promotional activities will form part of responsibilities.

Qualification:

Engineering / Diploma /Graduates preferably with additional Management qualification.

Age:

Around 45 years

Experience:

Around 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a reputed organization, of which around 2 – 3 years should be in supervisory capacity leading a sales team. Experience in Tyre industry is must. Good communication / interpersonal skills and pleasing personality essential.

Job:

Front-line sales of Tyres from our modern showrooms/sales outlets located across the country. The job involves direct sales to both individual and corporate clients in a highly competitive environment.

ASSISTANT SENIOR MANAGER:

 

Job:

MANAGER / DY. MANAGER (PLANNING / INVENTORY CONTROL)

 

Job:

To co-ordinate with overseas principals on procurement & pricing. To ensure optimal order planning and inventory control through sales analysis and estimation of demand. To look for constant improvements in systems & logistics of spare parts management, to minimize cost of operations and maximize customer satisfaction.

Qualification:

Engineering Graduates/Diploma preferably with management qualifications.

Age:

Around 35 - 40 years

Experience:

Around 10 -15 years of experience of which at least 5 years in a senior position, in spare parts planning and inventory control in respective industry with a reputed manufacturer/dealership. Good leadership, analytical skills as also exposure to computerized information & reporting systems, is essential.

Job:

Promoting sales of automobiles spare parts in assigned territories to individuals, institutional buyers / dealer network in a highly competitive environment. Ongoing market development activities, identifying and exploring new business opportunities, MIS will be an important part of the job.

Graduates / Diploma holders in any discipline

Age:

Around 30-35 years

Experience:

Around 5-10 years of frontline selling / after sales experience in automobiles / auto spare parts / construction equipment spare parts / ancillaries. Exposure to computerized working environment is essential.

Job:

To promote sales of Automobile / Heavy Truck / Construction Equipment spare parts through sales counters, institutional accounts and dealers. To provide timely and relevant market feedback and inputs towards overall marketing program, implement effective marketing campaigns.

Experience:

Job:

Promoting sales of automobiles spare parts and achieving targets in assigned territories, to individuals, institutional buyers / dealer network in a highly competitive environment. Market development activities, identifying and exploring new customers/ business opportunities especially in overseas markets, co-ordination with support & logistics team for export documentation, shipment etc, collection & reconciliation and MIS shall also form part of the job.

Around 33 – 38 Years

Experience:

Around 8 – 12 years of experience in Auto parts sales with at least 3-4 years in Exports sales, preferably in Russian markets. Candidate should be able to speak Russian language and should have exposure to computerized working environment.
