Qualification : Diploma in Mechatronics

Experience : Minimum 4 years

Skill Sets : Hands on Exp in equipment like Asphalt pavers, Large Excavator, Dump Truck, Dozer, Motor Graders, Wheel Loaders, Cranes etc

Age : 25-35 Years

Common for above positions:

Direct hands on experience & in depth knowledge on repairs / Overhauling of construction Equipment along with Trouble shooting abilities is a prerequisite.

Direct experience with the brands like Komatsu, KATO, VOEGLE and SANDVIK, BOMAG, WIRTGEN, HAMM etc will be an added advantage.

IT – Enterprise Network Manager

The Job:

The job requires leading a team involved in the design, implementation and management of a complex and sophisticated enterprise network with highly available virtualised environment and Disaster Recovery setup using Metro Mirroring.

Education : B.Tech./M.Sc./MCA

Age : Around 35 - 40 Yrs.

Experience : Around 15 - 20 Yrs.

Desired Skill Set:

Design, Implementation, Monitoring, & Troubleshooting of Highly Available Local Area and MPLS based Wide Area Network Infrastructure with Disaster Recovery setup.

Sizing, Network Design and deployment

Cisco’s Application Controlled Infrastructure (ACI) Software Defined Network

3-tier hierarchical network-Core, Distribution and Access using Cisco 6500/6800 series switches

Cisco L2/L3 Switching and Routing including VLAN management

Load Balancers and Global Site Selectors (preferably Cisco & F5) for High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions

Network Management deployment using tools e.g. Cisco LMS, Prime, WhatsUPGold

Data Security design and deployment related to Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems, Gateway level security using Unified Threat Management (UTM) devices

Wireless design and deployment for Warehouse, Open Yards & Office locations

Basic Storage Area Network

IT - IBM Power Systems (AS/400) & SAN Infrastructure Manager

The Job:

The job requires supervising a team managing IBM Power Systems with OS/400 and SAN involving highly available virtualised environment with Disaster Recovery setup using Metro Mirroring. The job involves technology evaluation and upgrade, capacity planning, performance tuning, system administration, ensuring high availability, patch management, interaction with the vendors etc.

Education : B.Tech./B.Sc./MBA/ MCA

Age : Around 35 - 40 Yrs.

Experience : Around 15 - 20 Yrs.

Desired Skill Set:

Sizing, Capacity Planning for H/W, S/W upgrades and Administration of OS/400 System Partitions (LPARS) on IBM Power 7/8 platform under ASP and iASP environment using System planning tool, Workload estimator and PM/400 tools

Sizing, Performance Management and Capacity Planning, Deployment of Storage Area Network using Tools, e.g. Disk Magic, TPC/VSC for

 - IBM DS8700/DS8100 series, V9000 Flash system on OS/400 platforms

 - IBM Storage Virtual Controllers (SVC), V5000 and V7000 storage systems

Data Security design and implementation for Power Systems with OS/400

Design & Deployment of High Availability and IT Continuity Solutions for OS/400 using

Operating System upgrades, system software upgrade, PTF installation, data security, performance tuning, DB2/400 database administration, backup & recovery, data mirroring will be integral part of the job.

Experience : About 3-8 Yrs.

Desired Skill Set:

REMUNERATION

During the training period, all trainees will be given an attractive stipend of RO 350 and upon successful completion of the training programme will be absorbed as permanent employees with a salary of RO 430 and incentives as per the company structure.
