How to Apply - FAQs

Please read the following instructions carefully and use them as a guide to assist you with the application process. It will take you approximately 15 to 20 minutes to apply.
All information required for your online application form is listed and explained below.
Please ensure you gather all information before you apply, as you will not be able to save your application as a draft.

Important notes:

  • The Saud Bahwan Group receives a very large number of applications every year. In order to manage this volume we can only accept applications received through our application format.

  • You must be older than 21 years at time of application.

  • Technical difficulties preventing you from submitting your online application can have various causes (poor internet connection, firewalls, file size of attachments, etc.) In most cases, applying again later will resolve the problem. Or you may download the application form and send us via e-mail.

Step 1: Reviewing vacancies / preparing to apply
Browse our current vacancies, to find a position of your interest. Click on “Current Openings”. When you are ready to begin the application process, press the “Apply” button. You will then be redirected to our job application page.

Step 2: Submitting your online application
Submit your CV in English language only.

Mandatory information is marked with (*):

  • Name, address and contact information

  • Your nationality

  • Your passport number & date of expiry.

  • Names of current and/or prior employer

  • Employment dates (from – to, month/year)

  • Brief description of duties, accomplishments, and responsibilities

  • Name of schools / universities

  • Two highest or most relevant degrees

  • Dates of attendance (from – to, month/year)

  • Information about relatives working at the Saud Bahwan Group

  • Information about relatives having applied or already selected & in process of joining the Saud Bahwan Group in near future.

  • Enter the source of information that describes best how you found out about the current position (e.g. career fair, journal/paper, personal reference etc.- please specify)

  • After you press the submit button, the system will check for any missing mandatory data and take you to the respective screen to complete the information. After you completed the missing information, you can go back directly to the “Submit Application” screen.

  • The system will confirm the receipt of your online application. You will also be sent an email acknowledging successful submission of your application.

Step 3: After your application / Next steps
Our recruiting experts will evaluate your application, carefully examining your skills and experience to determine if your qualifications match the job requirements.
If you are short listed for a position, you will be notified by e-mail and asked to appear for tele / personal interview at a suitable location.
We will contact you to schedule an interview if you are selected as a possible candidate.
If you do not hear anything from us within six weeks after your application, please assume that your qualification & expertise did not match against our current requirement.
